Prices and Registration
Welcome to Prague. Welcome to Charles University , the ancient famous and respected academic institution established in 1348. And welcome to the 2024 world conference on Movement and Cognition that we are proud to present to you as the result of the unique coproduction witch we have constracted with this institute.
Welcome to beautiful Prague, the fascinating historical city which will accommodate now our 2024 world conference on “Movement and Cognition – Activity and Rehabilitation” at its original academic and intellectual centre, and will give us a lovely end of the summer weather (guarantied…) combined with the multicolored visions in its streets and multicultural atmosphere in its bars, cafes and clubs . For those coming with us from abroad, as it happens in all our conferences, Prague will be magical.
The conference will take place for three full days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 13,14,15, September 2024) and will be held at Charles University in the center of Prague’s old city. Take advantage of the opportunities which are open to you – combining a lovely tour in a wonderland city with a special professional and academic/scientific conference.
Conference registration fee / Price:
The conference registration fee is 650 Euros.
Discount: For registration before 25.7.2024 the fee is only 600 Euros.
.Payments: To facilitate your registration, you can divide the payment into two parts. Just mark it on the registration form. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
Students: Students from recognized academic institutions are entitled to a reduced registration fee of 550 euros (540 before 20 April). If you are a student requesting this discount, please indicate it in your registration form, and send us an official confirmation of your student status from your university.
No cancellation fee: There is no cancellation fee until 30 days prior to the conference opening. So you can register now and secure your participation, and if something happens later and you wish to cancel – you may do so easily, and all your fees will be reimbursed. If you cancel less than 30 days before the conference opening, a symbolic cancellation fee of 100 Euro will be charged. (Cancellation in the last three days prior to the conference opening will result in a 250 Euro cancellation fee. In case of a no-show or last-minute cancellation notice, there will not be a refund).
How to register: At the bottom of this page is the link to the online registration form. Press the link and fill in the required information in the form. Then send it online (the form is secured). Within three working days, you will receive confirmation from our office (if you have not heard from us after three days – send us an email)
